The portal is your single place for everything you do with Bayobio Digital. After you sign in you land on the Dashboard, which shows your active projects, open tickets, your next call and any unpaid invoices.
Use the menu at the top to move between Projects, Support, Meetings, Billing and this Knowledge base. Your name, Account and Sign out are at the top right.
You only ever see your own company’s information. If a colleague needs access, open a ticket and we will invite them.
