# How invoices and payments work

When an invoice is ready, we email it to you and it appears on the **Billing** page.

1. Go to **Billing**.
2. Open the unpaid invoice to see the amount and how to pay.
3. Make the payment. We email you a receipt once we have recorded it.

Your full payment history is under **Billing** as well. If something on an invoice looks wrong, open a ticket and choose the service it relates to.
