# Updating your details and email preferences

Go to **Account** from the top right of any page.

- **Your details:** update your name, email address and billing address, then save.
- **Email preferences:** choose which updates and newsletters you get from us. Emails about your tickets, calls and invoices always come through.
- **Password:** sign out and use *Lost your password?* to set a new one.

If your company details change, such as a new address or a new main contact, let us know in a ticket so we can update your client record too.
